Short answer: not right now
Historically, Nazca Lines flights from Pisco Airport often included a few of the Palpa Lines when weather and flight conditions allowed. This made sense because the aircraft passed near the Palpa area on the way to the main Nazca Lines viewing route.
Under the current operating rules, flights from Pisco are not being permitted to circle or sightsee over the Palpa Lines. The route is focused on the Nazca Lines themselves.
