On this 50-minute flight, you’ll soar above 14 of the world-famous Nazca geoglyphs—including the Monkey, Dog, Whale, Tree, Hands, Astronaut, Hummingbird, and Spider—along with seven of the enigmatic Palpa Lines.
The Palpa Lines were discovered much later than the Nazca Lines, and many of them depict human figures — including an entire family of royal status — etched into the desert plateau.
Throughout the flight, your pilot will call out the names of each figure, ensuring that every passenger on both sides of the aircraft gets a chance to enjoy a clear view.
Flights over the Nazca Lines and Palpa Lines usually depart in the early afternoon.
This tour includes pickup from your hotel in Nazca or the CRUZ DEL SUR bus station. We’ll transport you 15 minutes to the south to Maria Reiche airport.
All passengers should bring their passports. For safety reasons, passengers who weigh more than 108 kilograms (238 pounds) may be required to pay an extra fee. During the reservation process all passengers must provide their weights.

At the airport you will fly over the world-famous Nazca Lines and the equally fascinating Palpa Lines on a 50 minute flight. The entire tour – from pickup to dropoff – usually lasts for around 2 hours and 30 minutes but may be longer if there are weather or air traffic delays. After the flight we’ll transport you back to your hotel, to the bus station, or to a local restaurant.
WEIGHT LIMIT : To protect the safety and comfort of the travelers, a passenger that weighs more than 108 kg (238 pounds) will be asked to pay an additional fee of $150 USD. This fee allows the airline to fly with one empty seat, assuring a safe and comfortable flight for everyone aboard. If two travelers are over the limit, they usually can split the cost of the overweight fee.
AGE LIMIT: The minimum age for a passenger on this tour is just 3 months. At this time, infants can safely travel in the arms of their parents. There is no maximum age for this tour, but elderly travelers may wish to consult with their doctor if they have complex medical needs.
PLACES WE DON’T PICK UP: Some of the hotels in Nazca are located on roads that are not suitable for our vehicles. For these locations, we’ll schedule a taxi and charge you an additional fee of $10 USD per person applies This is for pickups at Hotel Majoro, Hotel Marcelo, and a few others.
