Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for tours that are made beyond 40 days will qualify for a full refund less a $10 administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable. Thereafter, per person cancellation fees are: Any cancellation made between 40 days to 15 days prior to trip will qualify for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 15 days of departure. Air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines. Hotel cancellations or modifications are subjecto the policies of the respective hotels.

Certain tours, especially chartered flights, may not qualify for a refund if the airline or third party tour provider's corporate cancellation policy does not permit them to refund monies paid by our agency.

Indemnification of Risk for High-risk Sports and other activities

Some of the tours we offer may involve a certain risk to the health or well-being of the client. These tours are classified as adventure tours or extreme sports, and by reserving the tours the client indicates that he or she is prepared to assume any risk involved. The client hereby indemnifies our agency against all damages relating to injuries or deaths caused by the actions of the client. Some of the activities that fit into this category include sandboarding, sandskiing, dune buggy rides, driving mini-buggies, paragliding, parapente, kitesurfing, etc.

It is understood that we and its affiliates are not responsible in any way for the health or safety of any traveler, and it is their sole responsibility to manage their affairs and take every precaution to insure their safety and health while traveling. Many sports or adventure oriented activities have explicit risks associated with the activity, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to manage their participation and be aware of their abilities in relation to the activity. By embarking upon his/her travel/event, the traveler/participant voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Completing registration for trip, receipt of tickets, reservations, or package after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereof to your travel companions

Damage to our property or infrastructure

In the event that damage to our property, possessions, buildings, or vehicles occurs as a result of the negligence or bad faith behavior of a client, the client shall be entirely liable for any damages that occured. In some tours, damage to our vehicles may occur as a result of poor handling of a vehicle or craft, or other non-negligent related reasons. In the case too, the client shall be wholy responsible for damages as a result of his consented participation in the activity. Clients are encouraged to avoid illegal and immoral behavior.

Passengers with Special Needs
Whenever possible, wewill try to accommodate passengers with special needs. However, the following conditions apply:

Any physical disability or medical condition that requires special treatment or attention must be reported to us when the reservation is made.We reserve the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical or mental condition unfit for travel or who may require care beyond that which we can provide.

Our corporate name is Huacachina.com Tours SAC, licensed to operate by the municipality of Ica. NazcaFlights.com is a division of Huacachina.com Tours, and operates under this name.

Itinerary Changes
In the event of strikes, lockouts, stoppages of labor, riots, weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or any other reason whatsoever,we have the right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled touror itinerary without prior notice. We shall not be responsible for failure to adhere to published arrival and departure times for any tour. We may, but are not obliged to, substitute another vessel or vehicle for any tour and cannot be liable for any loss to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.

Minors

All our tours are open to persons aged 16 and above, as permitted by national peruvian law. Tourists or Peruvian citizens under this age may require the signed consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in a tour.
