What and Where is Alas Peruanas?

In Nazca there are many different airlines. One of the airlines with the best safety record is Alas Peruanas. They are a 100% Peruvian-owned airline which is widely respected by their peers. The spanish name of their company means "Peruvian Wings".

They are a large airline, with more planes in their fleet than some of their competitors. However, their experience and dedication to safety make them a very good option for flights over the Nazca Lines.

Like much of their competition, Alas Peruanas specializes in flights over the Nazca Lines, the Palpa Lines, and multi-destination flights to both locations. Their flight consists mainly of small twin-engine Cessnas, characterized by high maneuverability and excellent visibility from the windows. All passengers onboard are guaranteed a window seat, unlike some other airlines in Nazca which use large Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft. Why would you want to take a flight in an airplane where 33% of the passengers don't have access to a window? It makes no sense to us, and it seems like a big sacrifice just to save $4 USD or $5 USD per passenger.
